MasterBook is a CRM application for private masters (beauty professionals, tutors, photographers, repair specialists, and others). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account Information:
- Email address (for authentication)
- Password (encrypted, we never see it)
- Your name
- Your profession and specialization
Business Data (stored on your device and optionally in the cloud):
- Client information you add manually (name, phone, notes, preferences)
- Appointment records
- Service list and prices
- Financial records (income and expenses)
- Photos you attach to appointments
Technical Data:
- Push notification tokens (for appointment reminders)
- App usage analytics (anonymous)
- Device type (iOS/Android) for compatibility
How We Use Your Information

Data Storage
Your data is stored in two places:
- On your device тАФ for offline access
- In Supabase cloud (optional, only if you have an account) тАФ for backup and sync
We use industry-standard encryption and Row Level Security тАФ each user can only access their own data.
What We DON'T Do
- We DO NOT sell your data to third parties
- We DO NOT share your client information with anyone
- We DO NOT use your data for advertising
- We DO NOT collect your location
- We DO NOT access your contacts or other apps' data
Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for database and authentication, Expo for app infrastructure, and Google Play Services for app distribution on Android.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, export your data, delete your account, and withdraw consent at any time. To delete your account, sign out and contact us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
MasterBook is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted in the app and on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
